    Unbelievable female pharmacist states, "we request a gold coin donation for witnessing statutory declarations." All other pharmacists at Karingal Hub sign them. Where is the community service attitude- nil. Refused to sign statutory declaration when questioned about the ethics of asking for a donation. I won't be doing business with this pharmacy again

    I have been to this Pharmacy many times and the service is always excellent. All staff are so friendly and helpful.

    In regards to the previous comment about Stat Dec being signed- in Aus no one has any obligation to sign them, best head down to your local police station and ask them there (we do pay taxes)
