  Bad bad customer service. I went to the bakery today to get a coffee, sausage roll and a piece of carrot cake, that I do on a weekly basis and went to the park with my daughter. There I opened my carrot cake and it was very soggy, too wet to eat. Well, I thought that's fine I just go back and swop it... How wrong was I. Instead of getting apology and a new piece of carrot cake, I was asked if I had bought the cake day before or left it in a hot car for a long time. "Sorry there is nothing we can do about it". What?! She started showing me the cakes in the fridge and compering them with my piece, I said yes it looks different because I have opened the wrapping... Even the other customers said maybe they should replace it, no not here, she went and got another lady from the back and she started blaming me too for being nasty customer complaining... Well enough said, I don't care how good the sausage rolls or meat pies are here, I'm not going here again, shame because I like to support local businesses. I rather get my coffee and cake from McDonald's after today .
