  Guys I'm local, I recognise and value the need for an LBS, and want to give you my business. Im a returning customer for purchases and servicing. But I'm still narked at being charged $60 last week to true (only) two single speed wheels that didn't even really need it. Thats OTT just to tweak a couple of nipples... For reference, I took another single speed bike 1 week later to a shop in South Yarra and got the bike an allover service (including wheel truing, hub clean / relube and also a cleanout / relube of the bottom bracket) for their standard price of $65... I really like you guys, but with 5 bikes those job prices are going to add up. Sorry to say you might be emergencies only for me from now on. :-(

  We were visiting interstate and had a bike issue. Jones Cycles were the only Giant store who took interest and were able to sort us out with a spare brake set. Greatly appreciated! Top blokes.

  Having tried many of the "bigger" bike shops around and being left disappointed with their service I went to see Ross at Jones cycles one day. The team there are friendly and extremely helpful, their sales and service is exceptional. They even helped us out with a bike we had purchased from another shop - and they didn't have to do that. I used to be one of those guys that would shop around but now I know I don't need to, as I know the team at Jones cycles will sort me out. They are female friendly too which is something my wife found refreshing as she was treated like a dumb blonde at some of the other shops around. I'd highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for that personal service and not that "supermarket service" you get elsewhere
