  Had my son's 11th birthday party and it was great. Kiara did an amazing job keeping 10 boys entertained and in line. Food was lovely and cake delicious. Thanks.

  I was very happy with the venue and its atmosphere. I wish I could rate it higher however, staff are very "grumpy" every time I have visited this place. The first time was taking a client with a disability and the blonde long-haired woman took a phone call whilst talking and serving us and she never once smiled at us and moved around very heavy. The second time I visited was another lady on a Sunday around 6.30-7pm and she spoke in a rude manner, raised her voice that put me off coming back to this place. Staff does not seem to be very happy being there and for some people this may be okay but for us with children of special needs, it really impacted on all of our mood as well as we didn't feel we could approach them for any questions. Unfortunately, not coming back here and for those two disrespectful staff, if you're unhappy -- find a job elsewhere if you can't bring good customer service.

  My kids have been Junior League members for a number of years and this is the place that they love to hang out at once a week. Sandra and all her staff know how to make you feel welcome, and assist with any requests when needed - especially at birthday parties.
