  I've had my car regularly serviced at KIA Frankston service centre about 4 times now. Each time it's been a remarkably painless experience.The team at KIA are a professional and friendly group. Just recently I had a problem with central locking and during the last service they also picked up on some other issues. I was provided with a loan car during this period and everything was resolved with no out of pocket expenses.

  The work shop is really bad. They charge horrific prices after the capped price servicing and ripped my 19 year old daughter off by over $250 in comparison to the same service under capped price servicing. The workmanship is questionable, as we had a few issues with them over the term my wife owned the car. Never again would I ever purchase anything from them again!

  Service Manager tells u lies. General Manager does not return ur calls or emails. Customer service in head Office advised to contact GM but he refuses to return ur calls.car still not fixed and they will not fix it even with a 7 year warranty. next step the OMBUDSMAN.I have had continuous problems with this car since the day I purchased it never KIA AGAIN.DO NOT BUY A CAR IF U EXPECT A 7 YEAR WARRANTY THEY DON'T WANT TO KNOW U

  Nick Habib is an absolute legend. Gave us an amazing deal on a new Kia Sorrento and went out of his way to make sure we could pick up the car earlier - thank you so much. If you are in the market for a car, please see Nick. Honest, trustworthy and he will go out of his way to take care of you. I can't recommend him highly enough.
