  I thought that this was originally going to be a one Star review . After having concerns with my Ford Ranger I thought I would just be fobbed off, however the service team patiently listen to my concerns and thoroughly investigated what they believed to be the cause . I was pleasantly surprised by their commitment to insuring were addressed. Don't believe all the bad publicity you hear sometimes they do get it right.

  Wasted almost 2 hours of my time waiting for a test drive only to be told they can't get the particular car I was interested in out for a short test drive, this happened half an hour before close about the time I told them I would not be putting down a deposit that particular day. If I end up getting that car it won't be from this disrespectful dealer, for shame Wignall Ford...for shame. PS - Sales staff Jamie was great, just the dealership operations towards prospective buyers was terrible.

  The booking-in aspect was fantastic but was disappointed when the vehicle was nowhere near ready when they said it would be (they had the vehicle all day and were only performing a warranty software update - not a high priority I suspect).
