  Hired a car through Tiger Air only to find out at the airport its now three times the price quoted. Have lodge a complaint with Tiger Air.

  No problems whatsoever. Only hesitation is that their insurance cover didn't seem to cover the entire excess.

  Very disappointing experience of going in to hire a car and finding that this is not allowed for P platers. Read through all the fine print on the website and didn't see this anywhere, so had to cop a $450 charge for a removalist on the fly.

  The staff were very friendly they have the can do attitude. The rates on the car were great and the car was well presented. Will be back for sure thanks to the staff at Europcar Frankston.

  Hired a small truck from the Frankston branch. The truck was fine, but the odometer readings were 5 % higher than the actual mileage. Checked it 3 times (at the 5 km measuring sites), & used Google maps to verify the mileage (I did the same trip more than 20 times with other vehicles too). Got charged for > 100 km extra. All payment options incur 1.5 % surcharge (not just credit cards!) Don't be fooled!
