  I tried to explain that doesn't make sense but she kept insisting it just does. Finally a "manager" came out from around the corner. She was one of the rudest people I've ever had to deal with. She offered no assistance at all and just wanted me to go away immediately. As a business owner I can't believe organizations with people like this working there can survive.

  Carly and Mahalo were wonderful, very quick and efficient and very helpful. I would hire again from Thrify Frankston any time and highly recommend the service. Also helps that they are open Sunday mornings for pick up.

  Rented a van from Thrifty Frankston for 3 weeks. My lovely partner suprised me with a holiday for my birthday, so I returned the van 2 days early. The lady behind the counter couldn't work out what was happening with the final bill, so she called for assistance. The second assistant told me I had to pay an extra $150 for returning the van early!!!!
