  Ive been hiring bikes for years off Braap and they bend over backwards for you.... nothing is too much trouble and my kids love going to the store as they are always super helpful and go out of their way to assist..i live on the other side of town but am happy to make the trip as compared to other bike stores Braap is the best.... PS. my teenage son wants to work there because he reckons its the coolest bike store around !!!!

  Best Customer Service experience I've ever had. I highly recommend anyone looking for a great quality ride to consider a Braap bike. As a new rider, Brad, Andrea, Paul and Leisa walked us through the whole process with amazing advice and experience. I've got a Braap ST-250 Atlas Cafe Racer and I couldn't be happier.

  Did not have any experience with riding or even purchasing a bike. The team at Braaap have been fantastic. Made the whole process incredibly easy. The after purchase service has also been great. Would highly recommend. On top of that the bike has been an absolute joy to ride.
