  Rang Kmart Tyre & Auto Service Frankston 2 weeks ago for a quote to replace the front brake rotors and pads also the rear brake shoes on my 2008 Triton 4WD The Salesperson I spoke to said he would call me back later that day, I needed the work done urgently so when I was not contacted I rang back the next Morning I was told he would ring me back in a half an hour this did not happen. This salesperson has cost the business he is paid to work for a sale of around $2000 + as I also need a full set of off-road tyres. Very disappointed they will not have the opportunity of my business again.

  My sister got her car serviced there a couple of weeks ago. They said that it was going to take about 2hrs from when she dropped off the car but when she called to see when it would be ready (roughly 2.5hours later), they said that they were just about to start the service

  Loved it. Something didn't sound right this morning, three hours later there was a really bad rattle. Drove in with no appointment and they stopped my engine from blowing up. Great work guys thank you
