  There was also white paste stuff left on the inside of the car trim in random places where they didnt bother to wipe off.. Been seeing random stuff every day since I went..

  Also I noticed green wax drops on the car bonnet I had to scratch off for about 5min since it was stuck on after driving for 30min with a hot engine.

  Bought my new merc in and got the carbon coat for half the price Mercedes were going to charge me! Looks amazing, coming in to get the interior done. Great service and cafe and also next to homemaker centre so plenty to do while you wait!

  The drivers seat was filthy dirty, it had a seat cover that I asked for them to take off, but it doesn't look like they even touched it with a vacuum at all, the plastic/metal trim on the seat was caked in dirt that I had to clean up with a new bag of wet wipes I bought after visiting the car wash...

  After a few more days in the car, and having waited for the seats to dry out enough for me to be able to remove the plastic seat cover to protect the driver from the wet seats..

  Will have to check the steamed cleaned seats when they dry, but hoping that went well since $70 for 5-10min of steam cleaning sure isn't cheap.

  Honestly not 100% sure it was from the wash, but if it wasn't then why wasn't it cleaned off, since I managed to get it off with nothing but baby wipes for the most part..

  Honestly was a total "ok" but for the price I was honestly expecting a little more. Especially since it was so busy and having to wait 2 hours (didn't mind the wait time, just the result after said 2 hours) for a car wash and to leave with still dirty areas I ended up finishing myself at a shopping center parking lot with baby wipes because it looked weird, having a car 90% clean with dirty area here and there, especially the side mirrors and around the boot seals where dirt always builds up. The plastic side of the side mirrors weren't even touched and saw remains of bird droppings still.

  I had my car cleaned this morning for the first time in ages with Magic Hand at Frankston. The car was filthy (and that's the nicest way to put it) but when they drove it around the front I hardly recognised it as mine. It looked like it did the day I drove it off the car yard, brand new and sparkly. I drove away looking around to check everything, no issue at all! I chose the Superior service with just a vacuum of the carpets, the drivers side is still a bit marked but overall the car is clean and tidy again. Service was excellent, staff are all friendly and cheerful and the young bloke in the cafe makes a decent cup of coffee with a smile. Highly recommend these guys, thanks again!

  Rather than bag them out on here, I contacted them via their website and i was very pleased to say they called me within an hour to see what the issue was. I missed the call and didn't return their call.... so i am very happy to say they called back again after business hours to follow up... i was very impressed.

  Decided to try this place out today since I needed a good wash, and ended up going with the 'SUPERIOR SERVICE' as well as 'Steam cleaned seats' for a total of around $140.
