  Contracted an "interior PLUS" service - normally $60 for a vehicle like mine - and agreed beforehand to pay an extra $10 because the car was very dirty and required extra work. On picking it up, I discovered that: 1) the boot had stuff stuck to it - "ah! that requires steam cleaning", the manager said; 2) the seats hadn't even been vacuumed -"ah! the vacuuming is only basic, just the floor", the manager said, even though my service was meant to be "plus plus"; 3) the floor hadn't been vacuumed either, only the mats! - but I thought floor was part of the "basic"! So what does the "plus" service give me then? And he said, "well, he wipe everything, clean the bottle holders, things like that". The pictures tell you a different story. "I'm not happy" I said. "Ah, I can do for you. I can brush seats but it's going to cost more". No thanks, never again. You couldn't do the job you were hired to do. Why should I trust you with even more? And on top of all that, I had to pay the shopping centre for the parking of my vehicle for the two hours they took to do their careless substandard job. Not a good proposition. Avoid.
