    Untidy and a lot of empty shelves. Looks like business is bad. Perhaps they are teetering on the edge of going out of business? Not really sure it is worth going to this place.

    Yeah i was really happy with the customer service for a young man by the name of Jack. He was great in his knowledge about the products. This man is going places.

    I used to think they were expensive and my son convinced me to go in there and I now don't go anywhere else. Customer service is awesome and they are happy to give you a better deal. If like me you are sick of being ignored in stores, go to Harvey Norman Frankston they will give you a good deal and great service.

    Went there to buy an item they advertised, eventually tracked down some floor staff, to be told sorry we don't stock that, you'll have to go to Geelong (Waurn Ponds) So we went to Good Guys and got what we wanted and great customer service. We recommend Good Guys Frankston!
