    Wont help you over the phone to see if an item is in stock without a stock number. Which is fine if stock numbers weren't only located on the receipt after purchase. I work in retail and i know it can be difficult to find an item just by the brand, description and colour but Ive never of a policy were you cant look for an item with a stock number..

    I had a need to return faulty goods - from the minute I explained the problem / I had nothing but negative service - from checkout to management / apparently they decided to go me a favour and refund my money -,just not good enough / and obviously negative people hire negative staff - not acceptable
