  As a capable and mechanically experienced female, I found a patronising and intimidating manager. The sales guy who served me was fine, his boss was another story, he went red faced when I stood my ground. I was so intimidated I made mistakes with some of my purchases and left the store stressed, anxious and furiously angry. I will never go back.

  If I could leave a minus rating I would. One of the staff decided to check fuses when he enquiry was for a brake light switch. At no point was he asked to touch anything. He swapped a couple of fuses. Used a multi meter in the fuse box area and now electric windows, heater and some wiper functions don't work. On contact with manager I was treated to an almost basil fawlty display of customer service and defensive denial . I was told it was pure coincidence. This has become an expensive repair and I WILL be following this up in every legal avenue I can

  Very bad experience with this company, was badly abused by the Albury Autobarn store manager Chris who had a very nasty smart-ass attitude, reported to head office (Auto brands group) and they were also very UN-interested in listening or acting on the behavior of the store manager, couldn't even ring me back each time and refused to apologize. I wouldn't shop at any Autobarn store again if my life depended on it.
