  Don't bother with this one. Been in a few times and the service has sucked. With goodguys, harvey norman, officeworks all with more competitive prices now and right around the corner, I won't bother with jb again

  I went in to JB Frankston power centre to look for a pair of headphones. I was greeted by Ben who was only too happy to give me assistance and information i required to make the purchase. Really as far as customer service goes he was flawless as i have had extensive experience in retail as a trainer and employee. Well done Ben!

  Gotta love how JbHiFi's IT specialist has absolutely no customer service. His arrogance could fill a whole ocean. This 'specialists' unwillingness to help spoke volumes on this store's capacity to hire decent people. Obviously he won't get penalised, but I definitely won't be coming back to this store for help. I'll spend my money elsewhere. Ps patronising customers is how you lose them.
