  spent $8000 at beginning of July and was advised yesterday that I have to wait a further 4 weeks for my lounge suite??!! each time I ring the timeframe keeps getting pushed out further and further. that will make it nearly 3 months. I had sold my furniture in anticipation and expectation of delivery after 7 weeks as requested on the order. I have been sitting on outdoor furniture since.

  In my opinion this is the best furniture store in Melbourne. The staff are friendly and helpful, and they have a great range which suites my taste/style. I have no hesitation in recommending this store to my friends and family.

  The sales people are very nice and helpful, but the customer service is such a joke. Driver left without assemble the furniture, who also delivered a very damaged hall table. Contact the customer service, they both with such a big attitude like I did something wrong, yes I mispronounced @to a dot, I'm sorry, I don't need a lecture over my mistake, I just want you to get your mistake fixed. Maybe they both have a bad day, but I don't think it's my problem. You do have some good stuff that I like, but I'm pretty sure I'll be able to find somewhere better, I wouldn't mind paying more for just speaking to some people with a little bit mannners who treat me like a customer.

  The Frankston store was happy to take my money but failed to contact me when the items arrived in stock as arranged, then failed to deliver the arranged day later telling me they had no record of an arranged delivery. When the furniture finally arrived the Frankston Store staff did not realise they were on speaker phone with their delivery drivers and had some very rude and inappropriate things to say about me. Do not shop here. Do not give this business your hard earned money. I cancelled the rest of my order and am now off to spend money with the competition.

  My parents visited this store today and was shocked to find that the 15 minutes they were there, the staff members were simply too busy chatting with each other to even bother to acknowledge them, you know like doing your job, the reason your getting paid for.
