    Ashlea & Joel are fantastic, friendly & supportive. Brilliant gym, I love it. Highly recommend it especially if big gyms make you nervous

    A brilliant gym with people who are supportive and encouraging but also push you to achieve your goals. Who knew going to the gym could be such fun and so positive? The PTs are fabulous and always ready to help with a program or demonstration of various exercises. They are knowledgable and friendly. I can't imagine going anywhere else now I've been here. I highly recommend it!!!!

    A very positive gym experience. My wife and I have found the personal trainers to be knowledgable, friendly and supportive. It has an inviting atmosphere where the members are warm and encouraging but work hard. I would recommend EFM Frankston highly to those with previous gym experience and for first timers.

    Awesome, supportive community. Friendly & welcoming, suitable for all ages & body types. Personal training programs & advice are great. Motivates me to actually attend. Heaps better than the big gyms. I love it!

    Loved the gym. Best gym I have trained at, in no small part to the amazing group of trainers they have. Can highly recommend to all.
