  In response to your comment that you were only notified at a late stage by my post is completely incorrect. I suspect no one ever told you. I actually called the salon to complain and was advised that the Hairdresser who had damaged my hair was on annual leave and advised she would be informed on her return. I heard nothing back at all. When I did go back into the salon as spoke to the hairdresser some weeks later they initially denied having damaged my hair despite the evidence on my head of it being 2inches long and a frizzy mess. After a verbal exchange that included your hairdresser insisting they were careful with my hair which clearly they were not given the damage and the extent of it , it required me to say "the least you can do is own the fact that you damaged my hair have a look at it, this did not happen because you were careful" it was only then did I get a comment of sorry and that was it. There was no offer to provide products to at least ease the look or extent of the damage and there was certainly no offer to provide a refund for a job that was not only completely botched but far less than you ever expect from a qualified hairdresser.

  I have been going to Hair Razor for years and never had a problem with staff attitude or professionalism. In fact they are kind and caring, and can't do enough for me. I have fine curly hair, which knots and is troublesome. Not only do these people know how to cut it, they colour my hair beautifully, they are always continuing professional development and trends. I go to this studio, because they don't get stuck in a rut with what is trending, but work with me on what suits ME not what everyone else wants.

  Extremely disappointed. Not only did my hairdresser over process my hair to the extent that it snapped of to my scalp over the following days post the hair colouring, the service was generally unprofessional with staff gossiping about other clients. It may be a reasonably priced salon but not worth it, the ongoing cost to try fix the mess the hairdresser made of my hair far outweighs the cheaper price. Not to mention the daily frustration and humiliation I feel with an over processed fizz each day as I try to get ready for work. The price you pay for a truly professional service will be well worth it in the long run.

  A nice little place with great prices, a couple of not-so-good hairdressers (purely subjective of course) but generally good to great cuts.
