  Great range of home and garden improvement products. The BBQ area, huge range and ample stock. Ample friendly staff throughout this warehouse. Public facilities clean and available. Play area for children. Cafeteria also. The sausage sizzle outside was busy too. Easy access form car park. Ample parking.

  When asked about a product was told you didn't have it by 2 staff members. Having not given up I located product with the kind help from a bemused 3rd staff member who in fact showed me to a choice of 2 similar products that I had enquired about. Should I be happy with 1/3 members knowledge of product range and customer support, I don't think so. Then having waited and looking for advice re another product, had to walk to front counter when I was told staff member would assist me only to get fed up with waiting and ended up locating product myself. Why have some staff walking around with 0 knowledge or at least 0 ability to research their own products for customers. NOT AT ALL HAPPY

  Had poor service here from a lady named Sue. She was just stocking shelves and was rude when I asked if they had a particular item. She actually didn't know where it was, as she tried to send me to the other side of the store and I found it a couple of minutes later with out her help.
