  Did a sleep study recently and this experience was exactly as previous reviewers have stated. The room was FREEZING, the mattress rock hard and not even a tissue box in the room or the necessities as even public hospitals would have. There was only one staff member servicing the floor who was ill and coughing so badly that I wasn't even able to sleep properly. In the morning I was booted out of the room by 6.30am, which is disgraceful as I am a private patient. Obviously they didn't want to employ further staff for the morning shift. Came out of there feeling more exhausted than ever, frozen cold and starved. If I wanted a coffee or breakfast in the morning, I wasn't able to have it, due to being kicked out so early. I was allowed to make my own coffee apparently in another nearby room, but no spoons to even stir the sugar. What an embarrassment as a private hospital. Will never ever return to this miserable concentration camp set up of what they call a "private" hospital!

  Call yourselves a private hospital, what a joke! Even public hospitals have more comfort in their bedding. Rooms are freezing and understaffed. More like a tight arse prison

  Had the misfortune of doing a sleep study there which I thought being a expensive Private Hospital would be comfortable. I filled in my admission on line and specified the requested dietary specifications for food allergies which when I arrived had been completely ignored. My room was freezing, the bed was really hard and small and the tap water had bits of black sediment in it. I asked for a cup of Camomile tea on the menu and they gave me Peppermint to top it all off. Absolutely horrible experience, the worst I have had at any hospital, even at public ones!

  I have had all of my cancer treatments at Frankston Private Hospital since early 2013. Throughout all of my chemotherapy and radiation treatments, I have had nothing but the best care & attention at all times. The nursing staff are dedicated to you & do a fantastic job of making your stay there as comfortable as possible and they always have smiles on their faces

  ***FOR THE RECORD, AS OF 21/10/17 MANAGEMENT HAVE NOT CONTACTED ME WHEN I TOOK THE TIME TO PROVIDE MY DETAILS ON FACEBOOK AS THEY ASKED ME TO AS THIS REVIEW IS ON THERE ALSO WHICH I DID 3 MONTHS AGO. THE POOR SERVICE CONTINUES!!! CLEARLY PR TRYING TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE THEY CARE. WHY WOULD I WASTE MY TIME GOING TO "CONTACT US" ON YOUR WEBSITE WHEN YOU CAN'T REPLY TO MY CONTACT 3 MONTHS AGO???   Fantastic Hospital, The culture of the staff are amazing, very warm and welcoming. Great atmosphere.

  It truly is a one stop shop as I have all of my MRI, CT and PET scans there also at MIA Radiology.
