    Not a library.... More of a daycare with clean comfortable amenities... If you need peace and quiet to study it's not for you.

    The library is definitely not a place for quiet reading which is a shame but that is because of the nature of some of the general public these days. The library is nearly always busy but the staff are helpful and knowledgeable. The content of the library is very large and keeps growing. We are very lucky to have such a library in our municipality.

    Great place for reading, and doing your work. Also there is a café nearby which is also helpful.

    Make it a quieter environment and I'll give you 5 stars. Otherwise a pretty rad library.

    The Frankston Library is fantastic for mums with small children... there's a great kid friendly open reading space and excellent change and toilet facilities. The cafe is really perfect too for a quick coffee and a play in the outdoor area with gorgeous murals! The main downside is the small amount of allocated parking.... they have even reduced the amount of available paid parking in the centre now making it very hard to get in with prams etc.

    If you want a place to relax...read a book...have a coffee and escape the heat.... It's a good option
