  By accident I discovered that my front door could be opened by an alternate key after having the locks changed by Lockmart. I was concerned and despite a somewhat tense conversation about whether the locksmith would come or not, the bottom line is that the locksmith came that afternoon. The locksmith, Will was very professional, and was able to fix the problem and reported that he had never seen a problem like this in all his time, and replaced the door knob, which appears to have been a cheap fitting.

  Thank you Clint and all the team at Lockmart for quoting, turning up on time and being flexible when I had to change a date at the last minute. You did a fantastic job on securing our beach box after it was broken into. You even went the extra mile of getting a brass drop lock for the inside of our beach box so it wouldn't rust. You did exactly what I wanted, when others could't do it. Very efficient, professional and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate using you guys again and highly recommend to anyone. Thanks for a great job.
