    The staff at Frankston Snooze are amazing! From the moment we entered the store we were pleased with the professionalism and courtesty of the Snooze team. In particular Shannon who not only patiently worked with us to find the most suitable new bed, but went out of her way in her own time for us Our bed was delivered 9 days later and we could not be happier with our Madison Times Square, the timely delivery or the staff. The service from this store was over and above. Thanks girls.

    Got my bed delivered and originally said they were going to set it up but when they got here began to complain about not being able to fit through the door but later I tried and fitted it in perfectly. Left the house in a mess and was way overpriced for service I received. Delivery guys were rude apon arrival as well.
