  The lovely girl that was working to bring the food out to us waiting in the drive thru made our night as our first visit to Frankston South will be our only and last. While the chicken wrap was good despite the weird tomatoes, the McChicken was cold and the fries were gross, oily and over cooked. There were no napkins in the bag. The drinks were exactly as they should have been, soft drinks served with straws (please put the straws back in their wrappers for sanitary purposes). It was still better than the other food we had in Frankston South.

  If you find yourself looking at reviews of a Macca's to assist in selecting a place to dine, perhaps some re-evaluation of some life choices is in order? Should you conclude that all is well, and that a Macca's review is indeed precisely what is missing from your life, then I can gladly report that this particular purveyor of culinary creations may be described, at least relative to comparable competition, as inoffensive, but unremarkable.

  Food was fine, that is not the issue. The issue is the overall cleanliness of the restaurant. Ladies bathroom was feral. The touchscreens on the order terminals were filthy. Floors filthy. Tables filthy, seats filthy. There's even a piece if dried gherkin stuck to the window behind me, how long has THAT been there? I can see more than 10 staff on right now, restaurant is not too busy, drive through is busier but not as busy as normal. You have no staff on the floor cleaning. My next thought is what if your kitchen hygiene is the same as your restaurant? And I just ate that food. #wouldyoulikegermswiththat

  I only visited because it was McHappy Day and it seemed thge only store that actually made an effort with balloons and decorations. Maybe it had been extremely busy during the day, but by the time I got there around 7pm it was quiet. All the tables and floors were dirty, the door was covered in finger prints. Staff were dropping kitchen trays and bowls so loud, it made customers jump in their seats. Chips were way too salty. Very disappointed!
