  Second time we've used Reddy roast Frankston and again very happy with everything meat was delicious and generous servings and every thing was ready on time. Catered for 35 and still had enough for some to have seconds look forward to using them again to next time

  At one point mid organizing payment (food sitting on bench going cold) the young man who was serving (term used loosely) us decided to go talk to the guy in the kitchen for five minutes.

  The only people who give good reviews on here, are staff members who work in this store. Service went downhill a long time ago, and I don't believe the staff have any care in improving despite their harrowing reviews. Chips NEVER cooked. Always hard in the middle, and not crispy. Gravy is just boiling water with some flavouring in it. (Careful when you open containers, as severe burns may be a risk). Bullshit service, staff have no people skills. Run by teenagers who will finish their conversation before serving you. Doesn't matter how busy or quiet the store is, or how complex/simple your order is, they are guaranteed to screw it up royally. This store does not deserve one star.

  We have just used you for second year in a row for our annual Christmas lunch at Langwarrin Tennis Club.   Had some pretty good roast pork, chips and gravy. There wasn't enough crackling but i could have asked for more. Overall it was good quality meal that the family enjoyed.

  Between the young male staff member who had ABSOLUTELY no care, enthusiasm or Focus in serving us, the lack of any system which means people can just storm in and yell out what they want and get served first leaving more polite customers to be waiting WAY too long to get their order.
