  Only one staff member who definitely could not handle the requirements. You expect better service when going to hold class. Shocking service.

  The young man who sold us our tickets was great, especially seeing I required back row seating with my medical issue. Took about 20 minutes for GC service when there was only us & another couple there, then we were served last when we only had popcorn & drinks, no fancy GC food behind people who came into the movie late. Seats at Hoyts even beat GC for comfort & cheaper (tickets bought were a gift). Service has been going down for awhile & it's a shame.

  Everything was fine...except the acoustics. I was in V-Max and they either had reverb switched on or the cinema acoustics are woeful. I couldn't follow some of the dialogue because of the echo. Really detracts from enjoyment of the movie. I looked for a way of giving feedback about this, to no avail.

  Staff cannot think outside the square. No customer service. I asked for a glass of wine before the movie that i was seeing in europa. Attended said to the waitress shell have to wait i am busy. There was no one else there abd i only asked for a glass of wine. How long does it take to pour. Clearly they dont care or wNt to make money.

  The service in Gold Class today was shocking. Staff enjoyed looking at the people waiting for service but didn't come and do their job! The manager ended up doing it instead despite trying to train new people. The staff that were supposed to be doing it should hang their heads in shame and preferably be fired as they don't want to do their jobs. One in particular was great at avoiding her job. Only started to come over to serve me when she saw her manager coming over to do it instead.
