    Now that the park is updated it is very good. Kid friendly. And lots to do and entertainment for them. There was a separate playground for the Little ones what is very good. Room for the kids to ride their bikes etc as well.

    Great family park. They have updated equipment, put in new basketball courts, Parcore play area with mini trampolines & lots to climb & swing on. With 2 parks aiming at all ages, few BBQ's, toilets & pavilion's it's a great place to have children's birthday parties or just hang with the kids.

    Interesting insight into times past. Mid 1800s. Volunteers offer tours whilst dressed in period costume. Artifacts on display in the museum & also various old buggies & machinery. Fascinating fact - house had a lamp room to guide night travellers across the low lands of Carrum Downs!

    Excellent outdoor play area for kids of all ages, with a large cubbyhouse plus rock wall and zip swing. Also there is a large area of grass suitable for a range of outdoor games, whether it be cricket or soccer or something more creative.

    My kids love to go to Ballam Park.... Place for Lots of fun.... Barbeque..... Cricket ground.... Running track.... Play area for kids..... Walking area.....
