  When I walk into a store, I hope to see healthy animals. I walked in there to a rabbit that looked almost dead, on its last brink of life.

  I treated her for the lice and got antibiotics. But she was so far gone that it didn't matter what I did. She soon suffered strokes and passed away. I had her for no more then 2 weeks. RIP Ava. I hope the life I tried to give you was good enough.

  I am a lover of rats, so I decided to buy a baby girl rattie. As I wanted to take her from that store and give her the life she deserves. Only to find her caked in lice, underweight and she had a URI.

  Extremely disappointed to see that pets are being left alone overnight in your premises. Because no decent breeder would allow puppies or kittens to spend critical socialization periods trapped in glass boxes, I can only assume you are sourcing animals from puppy farmers who prioritise money over animal welfare, as do you. Shame on you!
