  I just rang up this store after calling about 5 other pet stores and none were really helpful except this one. I haven't been inside the store myself but the staff were very friendly. Because I'm not an adult I expected this store to believe I was "prank calling" them or something, considering I was asking about ants as well (not something common) they actually treated me really well. I'm sick at the moment and I coughed and apologised afterwards and the staff member just said I didn't have to apologise and that it's not a problem, the same thing cannot be said for any of the other stores witch was why I pointed this out. Other stores linked me to different stores just "guessing" that they would have what I was after, but this store actually took the time to google some of the questions. Overall they were very polite, well mannered and really helpful. I heard another staff member also searching for answers as another sang the song "I hate u, I love u" (I'm guessing yove heard it before) sounded like she was enjoying herself

  The customer service is excellent was here today to buy a optimum dog food for my lab and was advised the right food .

  Great customer service they know their products and are very helpful even giving good advice and recommendations on products to buy for everything to do with pets

  A decent place to purchase all things for most pets. Customer service is what you would expect - a little laid back, but not unprofessionally so.
