  My 3 1/2yr old daughter is always treated wonderfully when we visit and just adores everybody here - It never ceases to amaze me how far out of their way staff will go to make sure we're well taken care of and know that they're always there to help.

  I attend Nova Pharmacy Frankston a couple of times each week and cannot fault the current owners and staff here. The service is impeccable and very personalised, with staff taking the time to understand your issues and situation, then responding in kind with treatment and assistance that is suited to your particular needs.
