  Been here since 4am with my 8yo daughter who sliced her finger & it's 6:30 & still not seen by a doc as they have only 1 working. They prefere 2 sit around talking about their home life than look after patients. I have had 2 out of 5 children here & this is not the first problem I've had with them not being professional. The doctor that did attend 2 her finally was very nice though.

  Have needed to use the department quite a few times unfortunately. Have found the staff/Nurses/Doctors all exceptional and professional. Even though you want everything sorted/done "now" each case needs to be assessed on it's merit (not first come first served). Can only say I'm thankful for the fact they are there to help...

  This place is the pits. As a health professional myself and an ex-employee,the abuse, neglect, etc to certain patients is criminal. I can no longer attend either hospital because of past experiences which you would not believe if I told you. If you have a chronic, very rare or painful disease or illness be prepared for inadequate pain relief. Nurses slagging off about you. Going in for something medical only to decide to leave because of the inhuman treatment to having staff prevent you! Breaching and breaking of laws, rules and care are regular issues. That plus left under a blinding light that is never turned off, forbidden to use the toilet for your bowels, getting jumped on by security when you try to use the toilet, then after spending 23 hours under that light in ED they move you to the corridor along the station, so they are not breaching laws on no patient can spend more than 24 in ED. The corridor is consider another ward. Disgusting, dirty, and smelly.

  This place is a disgrace!! The staff are rude, incompetent and WAY to loud!!! (People are sick. Have some consideration) Left to sit in ED all day/night with no word of whats happening?! Thats ok though doc, its only MY life your playing god with.
