  We visited the store on a 'specials' day and it was pretty busy. However the staff were all great and particularly the staff member who helped us with the purchase of Activity Trackers. She was polite, friendly band had good product knowledge. All told a very good experience.

  First we rang the store and was greeted by Vanessa,whom was very helpful over to he phone so I that was enticing us to visit the Frankston store.

  Now we are in the store greeted by Chelsea, and if this very polite young sales rep is anything to go by then rebel know how to impower their staff.

  I bought some items online and returned them as they didn't fit. After a month I still hadn't received my refund. When I rang to speak to customer service the lady was really unhelpful and demanded I give her a Australia Post tracking number as she couldn't help me otherwise. In the mean time I contacted Australia Post to see if my items had been lost with them. Aust Post told me the items had been returned and a signature obtained at Rebel end. Rang Rebel the second time, with a tracking number was told I'd get the refund in a few days and that it was "priority" now. That was over 2 months ago and still haven't got anything back. I've had to contact Rebel 4 times over this matter and still no refund!! I'm very disappointed that such a large company can do this. I am NEVER shopping online at Rebel Sport again. I have shopped online and returned items from other departments with never a problem before until I shopped at Rebel.

  Chelsea spent the time to allow all of us to try on the goggles, to see if we were happy with the product.
