    Bought color from this store this morning to take to a hairdresser. After a terrible experience at the hairdresser, I rang them and they 1 offered to refund the purchase and 2 walked me to a hairdresser they recommended. Brilliant service compared to the terrible experience at the previous salon. Thank you for wonderful help.
