I have signed up for contract+ iPhone 8 plus and after one week optus store giving me wrong phone which is iPhone 8 ,they forcing me to take it . Don't buy or trade here optus !! They f** rude and not helpful

Absolutely pathetic service. Lost 2 of my mobile phones and needed help and advice, so I tried to ring them, but kept getting switched thru to their main answering service - press this button, then press the next button, then the next button......ridiculous. I have 2 business mobiles and 1 personal mobile with Optus, plus my Internet.My contract runs out next month . Guess who is going back to Telstra?
