  Ben was fantastic! He was totally unfazed by my complicated trip. He was so helpful and made my life alot easier and also saved me lots of money. I've also spoken to other agents in thier store before who were also fantastic so I 100% reccommend thier team to anyone, especially students in need of help with thier travel plans!!

  Though we did have some difficulty with flights and transfers- which were booked by another one of the consultants, but we managed to sort it out prior to our trip as well as onboard before departure home.

  Went in and saw Sammy two weeks before I wanted to leave for Europe and she managed to organize a Topdeck tour for me with flights and accommodation the night before to perfectly fit my very limited dates. Nothing was too difficult for her and the advice and service to make sure I got the best out of my holiday was greatly appreciated. Will definitely be coming back when I book my next holiday!

  We had a great cruise and didn't have any trouble with the cruise aspect, Jaymi was lovely and very helpful when it came to organising documents and arranging travel!
