On the day of the castration surgery you need to advise what you would like to do from the quote and what you would not like to do.

First you have the consultation whereby the vet tries to add on extra services to make more money. (When all you asked for was castration)

Due to this I therefore continued to bring my pup to this vet and I was quite happy until encountering some service flaws when i had him desexed.

When i arrived to pick up my pup the vet was holding him directly in my sight of vision in the other room. She did not come straight out.

I then asked whether they used fluid therapies and to my surprise the vet was honest and advised they did not so i had to then wait 20 mins for my refund for the fluid therapies.

I repeated myself 3 times. Once to the receptionist, the vet and another receptionist again that i do not want my pup de clawed.

I took my pup to karingal vet’s puppy school. It helped him socialise and brought him out of his shell.

Our dog Chopper is well known by everyone at Karingal Vet (especially Ari!) because he's one of those dogs that seems to get sick pretty often. Every single time we have come in, we have been made to feel welcome, reassured, and cared about. We know Chop will always get the best care available. Thank you to all the vets, nurses and admin staff there - you are all amazing, we will always come to you, and continue telling our friends & family how brilliant you all are!

Instead of advising the receptionist they did not do fluid therapies i had to mention it yet again and ask for a refund?

The receptionist read out the invoice repeating de claw.. i advised her that i asked for that NOT TO BE DONE. thankfully they checked and my pup was not de clawed (the vet didn’t bother to advise reception to remove this from the invoice before i arrived)
